Call for Submissions to volume 30 2016

The Australian and New Zealand Maritime Law Journal aims to publish significant works of scholarship that make original contributions to different fields of maritime law and commerce, and invites submissions for volume 30 which will be published in two editions; volume 1 in June 2016 and volume 2 in December 2016.

The submission deadline for refereed articles and student submissions for volume 1 is 15 April 2016 and for volume 2 is 1 October 2016.

The submission deadline for book reviews and case notes for volume 1 is 15 May 2016 and for  volume 2 is 15 October 2016.

Submission must be made online through the Journal's website.

Registration is required for submission, and the Register link can be found at the top of the homepage for the journal.  This registration will result in the reader receiving the Table of Contents by email for each new issue of the journal.  The journal's Privacy Statement assures readers that their name and email address will not be used for other purposes and can be accessed prior to Registration through the Homepage.

The Journal does not accept articles that have been,or will be, published elsewhere, either in identical or subtantially similar form.
