Arbitration

 Why not "arbitration Melbourne" or "arbitration Auckland"? A belief that regional disputes should be resolved in the region has led the Association to establish arbitration and mediation panels in both countries and to publish its own arbitration rules. The panel includes former judges, senior lawyers, surveyors, brokers, and other persons with relevant maritime experience.
